Supervision Policy

Please note that all sessions are strictly parent/carer-supervised. Parents and carers are responsible for the safety and behaviour of their children at all times. Sessions may include small loose parts, water play, or other materials requiring supervision. A waiver must be signed upon booking, acknowledging full responsibility for your child/children during participation in our sessions.

Allergy & Anaphylaxis Policy:

If your child has any allergies or anaphylaxis to particular ingredients or materials, please notify us in advance of your session. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your child’s needs; however; we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens or cross-contamination. Participation is at your discretion.

Cancellation & Makeup Policy:

Due to the cost of materials and limited spots, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or missed sessions. If your child is unable to attend; you may:

• Book a makeup session (subject to availability), or

• Transfer your booking to another child (please advise us of the name change via email)

In the rare case that Sweet Sensory must cancel a session, we will offer a makeup session or arrange credit/refund as appropriate. Please email info@sweetsensoryplay.com.au for any changes to your booking.

Publicity, Photography & Social Media:

Please be mindful when taking personal photos or videos - some families may not wish to be photographed. Always ask before including other children or families in your photos.

We may take photos and short videos during sessions to be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels. These will only be used with prior verbal or written consent. If you do not wish to be included in any photos or media, please inform us at the time of booking and at arrival.
