What is Sweet Sensory Play?

Sweet Sensory Play is a welcoming, eco-friendly playgroup where little ones can explore, create, and discover through sensory-rich experiences. We use natural, plastic-free materials to encourage imagination, connection, and joy in every session.

Who is the playgroup for?

Our sessions are designed for babies and toddlers (ages 0–4) with their parents or carers. Siblings are always welcome.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, please. Spaces are limited to ensure a calm and enjoyable experience for everyone. You can book online to secure your spot.

What can we expect at a session?

Each session is thoughtfully set up with themed sensory activities, nature-based play, and creative stations. Your child is free to explore at their own pace while you enjoy quality time together in a relaxed, supportive space.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing is:

• $22 per session

• $100 for a 5-session pass (valid for any dates)

  Prices include entry for one child plus a sibling.

Do parents have to stay?

Yes, parents or carers must stay and supervise their child during the session. This is a shared experience for you both.

What if it’s raining?

We love outdoor play, but on wet days we reschedule. We will immediately contact you and give you the option of a refund or rebooking an upcoming session of your choice.

Will snacks be provided?

Little ones can’t play their best if they’re hungry, so we will always have healthy snacks on hand. Snack options are provided by Isaac’s Snacks. If you don’t see them on display, feel free to ask one of the playgroup leaders (Nat or Michelle) and we will happily provide.

Can we have a trial session?

Our Playgroup Themes;

We rotate through engaging, hands-on themes so every visit feels fresh and exciting. The two primary themes we are currently running include:

• Little Builders – Stacking, balancing, and building big and small creations.

• Little Wizards – Magical sensory experiments and potion play.

Each theme is designed to spark imagination, develop fine motor skills, and encourage a love of learning, all while keeping the play open-ended and child-led.
